She was the director on the recent audit of the 2024 Net-Zero Accountabilities Audit. Elsa has also been active in the INTOSAI Working Group on Environmental Audit and is part of the IPSASB Sustainability Implementation Forum on the proposed Climate-related Disclosures standard (IPSASB SRS ED 1).

She has worked in both the public sector and private consulting, collaborating with a range of national and international organizations.
